Daily Duties at Catholic Health Initiatives :

Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all functions of the spine and orthopaedic departments (175M business unit) including program development initiatives, volume growth interpretation & analysis, physician engagement, identification and execution of physician recruitment needs and opportunities, and volume roll-forward projections. Manage referral networks to drive service volume and awareness through various outlets including physician relations initiatives & community engagement opportunities. Work with C-Level suite to facilitate and streamline processes and strategic plans, ultimately resulting in service line growth
