Daily Duties at Streck:
• Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all functions of our partnerships with distributors including program development initiatives, volume growth interpretation & analysis of engagement of Streck's sales team & distributors' field based sales representatives • Manage 8 sales professionals - nationwide client base while developing a solid sales foundation in 2015 and established the sales growth plan for 2016 • Lead our sales force effectiveness project to identify key market segment growth opportunities, price/proposal management, sales force alignment, account management strategy and developed a new compensation plan • Maintain selected national accounts with responsibility to 3 Fortune 100 companies with revenue of over twenty-five million in sales and growth over 20%.
