Daily Duties at Glidewell Laboratories:

 Designed, planned, conducted, and presented on new products, processes and techniques in ceramics, glasses, glass-ceramics, hybrids, polymers, composites and nanomaterials  Executed high-throughput experimentation techniques and data analysis (SPC and DOE) to improve performance in order to identify new optimal methods  Assisted in identifying and resolving root causes of variations in processes; recommended effective solutions to resolve any identified issues  Partnered with appropriate Stakeholders and teams regarding trouble-shooting activities and process improvement projects  Actively participated in and contribute towards innovation, Intellectual Property (IP) creation, IP protection or publications  Prepared and presented written and oral reports of research results, issues and possible solutions to R&D Team, as well as proposals for new and innovative research
