 Development and evaluation of organic/inorganic scaffolds for tissue regeneration  Incorporation/controlled release of biologics (e.g., recombinant human bone morphogenic protein (rhBMP) and antibiotics) into/from tissue engineering scaffolds  Development of braided nerve guidance tubes for peripheral nerve regeneration  Fabrication of scaffolds, development of characterization methods and analytical tests, and assistance in surgical procedures associated with the in vivo testing of bone or nerve regeneration devices
