Manage construction personnel safety and quality of work performed Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements Perform site inspections for quality control Communicate with Project Manager or designated supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress Analyze departmental project information to determine/forecast trends Create and maintain project files Be familiar with specifications, shop drawings, and submittals Maintain projects lists and close out documentation Interface with general contractors and subcontractors and be detail oriented with follow up skills Respond to inquiries from department personnel regarding project status Assist department personnel in organizing work relating to project deadlines
