Daily Duties at Century Link:

Advise and partner with client organizations in full realm of HR including but not limited to: employee relations, leadership selections, performance management, rewards and recognition, organizational structure, and any other special HR initiatives and projects  Partner with recruiters and managers to identify, interview, and select qualified candidates aligned to business needs  Coach managers through performance reviews, terminations, reorganizations, and reductions in force  Facilitate focus groups on employee engagement survey results; based on business needs and employee feedback partner with clients to develop and implement strategies for improvement  Researched, created and executed formal mentor program for Consumer & Small Business organization  Collaborated with HR Business Partner peers to design and implement new Attendance Policy for Consumer and Small Business organization
