Daily Duties at Renaissance Cruises :

• Responsible for team of agents generating $120 million in revenue monthly. • Track all volume as well as occupancy/service/utilization. • Provide training and feedback to national account coordinators. • Implement new ideas for floor efficiency and employee development. • Participate in the hiring and training process for all prospective agents. • Maintain policy and procedures for national accounts. • Collaborate on a daily basis with such department such as, Air/Sea, Marketing, Accounting, Inventory yields.
