Daily Duties at Artech Information Systems (Client Ibm):
• Audited and tracked contingent labor documentation, advanced reporting for human resources, supported and maintained invoice consolidation and accuracy with online timekeeping for IBM’s Contingent Workforce (140 managers and 1200 contract employees). • Developed and maintained overall project management plan, including financial planning and budgetary management set by procurement forecasting labor needs on a quarterly basis. • Managed all supplier contracts to ensure contingent labor law compliance and vendor service level accountability. • Supported HR during on-boarding/off-boarding and served as point of contact for contingent-employee relations. The benefits to IBM included: decreased attrition by 8% generating a cost savings per hire. • Managed a partnership with Procurement to negotiate conversion fees of employees, process improvements, and training resulting in a $300,000.00 cost saving per year.
