• Developed and analyzed labor metrics driving the business needs and all aspects of maintaining a client-sensitive environment for 9 cloud-hosted data centers in the SE and MW territories. • Re-Engineered position descriptions and standardized employment practices across the data centers. • Partnered with the client leadership team to analyze reporting data on organizational business needs and current client drivers in maintaining contractual and SOW obligations. • Studied and applied demographic and market trends through new marketing channels to attract a pipeline of 23% or 8/3 ratio of qualified resources to fill niche positions held within the SE and MW territories.
