• Maintained client communication and managed project scope to meet their expectation • Prepared and delivered project/program status with developers and client management teams daily/weekly, while updated necessary tools to reflect the most current status. • Addressed & resolved all issues including scheduling conflicts and dependencies on time • Identified and managed Scope Creep with developers and clients without failing to deliver the project expectations. • Managed multiple projects at a time, including Data integration, ETL, and Analytics projects using BI tools: Tableau and MicroStrategy
