t Managed all day –to-day activities involving tenants, subcontractors and property management. t Oversaw construction activity and provided daily update reports to the Property Manager. t Effectively handled all tenants move-in and associated costs. t Reviewed all leases to guarantee tenants received the proper level of service. t Coordinated tenant space access, walk thru for leasing of empty space, special projects, construction and renovations as needed. t Drafted updated tenant handbooks, permits and all literature related to building management. t Attended monthly budget meetings with the Property Manager, Finance Manager and client to discuss all costs relating to tenant rent rolls, monthly tenant charges and construction. t Met with building trades (cleaning, window washers, elevator mechanic, security, fire/life safety and electrician) daily to review and address any concerns. t Met with Chief Engineer daily to coordinate building repairs, maintenance and ongoing work. t Reviewed and coordinated punch list with Architect and General Contractor before any approval of close-out documents. t Reported building related accidents to Building Owner, Company and Insurance carrier with proper documentation.
