Provided technical support on several projects sourcing from EDW using IBM mainframe and Teradata SQL v2r5. Maintained and debugged problems for Athena (Athena is a datamart used by Marketing for Customer Retention, Revenue Generation, Segmentation analysis, General Market Analysis, Analysis, Target Market Identification and Sizing of Target Markets.) Developed ‘My Services’ Long Distance and DSL tables to support SBC online(My Services Webcart). Developed software management procedures to ensure the stability of EOM/ CRM project.(Enterprise Offer Management allows Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) servicing SBC customers the ability to present real-time, personalized offers) Mentored other team members as needed for MVS and SQL.
