Daily Duties at Cass Regional Medical Center:

I performed payroll, staffing, interpersonal communication between technologists, patients, front office staff, and physicians. I managed all departments within Medical Imaging, Radiography, Bone Density, Mammography, Cat scan, Ultrasound, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine. I negotiated with service personnel on equipment sales, purchases and repairs . I marketed to referring physicians to increase exams and revenues. I participated in the capital campaign of the construction of the new facility in 2008. I trained technologists in all aspects of the department. I participated in many different upper management quality controls and improvements within the facility. I lead employees with positive enforcement and have helped with expanding personal growth for our department. I implemented an improvement of our work schedule of our technologists to better serve our customers. I have brought about cohesiveness within all our departments, I have lead with a positive attitude and improved team work skills.
