Daily Duties at Motorola Inc.:

Managed all senior level field relationship in company owned retail, business and indirect channels. Managed the Central, Southwest, and West regions. Developed and executed strategic sales plans in the carrier channel and drove market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability in North America. Supported customer field teams with training, pricing, and product information.  Ranked Top Performer in 2010 and 2011 in spite of stagnant economy and product availability challenges.  Secured customer commitments that met or exceeded all 2010 financial objectives.  Became exclusive sponsor of all regional sales incentive kick off events from Q1 2010 - Q4 2011. Managed relationship between Motorola, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Costco, Target, and Sam's Club and T-Mobile to ensure attainment of volume sales, profit, and market share goals.  Developed and implemented Costco e-mail blast to 8M members promoting W490 which resulted in saving the sku and a lift of 215% in Q1 2008  Developed and implemented SideKick Slide “Dad’s & Grads” program which resulted in incremental sales of 26K units  Developed program to launch RAZR2 in Wal-Mart in Q1 2008 which resulted in incremental sales of 200K units.  Launched V3 pre-paid in 150 stores in Q2 2008 and worked with T-Mobile to increase distribution in Wal-Mart to 1000 stores. Developed and executed account/sales plans and strategies that established Motorola handset and accessories with Western Wireless, AT&T, VoiceStream, Powertel, QDI, and Superior in new and existing channels.  Promoted to Accessory Champion within my accounts and recognized for outstanding sales achievement by Motorola's Companion Product Division from 1999 - 2003.  Provided operational support for product development team from 1998 - 2003 which resulted in higher order accuracy and increased customer satisfaction.  Drove increase of QDI accessory purchases from $30K in 2002 to over $200K in 2003.  Awarded National Sales Team of the year for 2000, 2001, and 2003.
