Overall customer experience and engagement for 2,800 stores and eCommerce for over 50 websites and 3rd party (Converse.com). Stay reverent to customers needs and be aware of any changes in marketplace or technology for customer experience. Manage KPI's with direct reports to achieve desired results. Report to C-level suite results and expectations. budget of 10,000,000. and maintain p&l. Maintain and manage relationships of different business groups within Genesco and Converse as related to Customer Experience and KPI's.
