Integrated 3 student data and financial systems using web services to reconcile financial data sources and validate student award packages. Participated in weekly user testing meetings with working group to discuss product design, usability, and expectations. Directed testing efforts with QA engineers and beta testers. Responded on as-needed basis to resolve bugs and live technical issues within minutes or hours. Performed needs analysis and wrote specifications for new features. Used bug tracking and change control software to document changes to code and database structure. Monitored release of code packages.
