Daily Duties at Gap:

● Responsible for planning and operations within of a new store with annual operations of $20M. ● Responsible for the recruitment of management and over 500 employees within the store operations. ● Oversaw the operations for multiple stores in the NY region, creating incentives and sales initiatives to assist in team building and driving store sales. ● Planned inventory and product planning in addition to merchandising and promotions with Parent Corporation marketing. ● Developed and managed customer relations policies and sales associates training. ● Oversaw the Human Resources department, creating procedures for hiring practices, benefits, employee development. ● Coordinated Hiring, Terminations, Training and development for Human Resources Teams within the New York and Connecticut Regions.
