Daily Duties at Dale Carnegie :
I oversees the operations and financial reporting of Dale Carnegie Training, and provides financial strategy, planning, reporting and forecasts to the Franchise and Corporate Headquarters. I am proud of my role driving local Company growth and providing financial oversight for the firm. Also I dothe administrative aspects of the operating systems, marketing and training delivery support. In my role, I facilitate efficiency within the local team allowing all members of the team to perform at their best. Building the relationship between the operations team, sales team and training team creates a more seamless operation to handle the needs and demands of the local San Antonio area market.
