Daily Duties at Affiliated Communications Inc.:
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Nortel telecommunications equipment (Meridian-1 11C-81C platforms) for large/small commercial businesses in the Dallas/FW area. • Repair and maintain Nortel SL-1 systems and phones. • Experience included, but not limited to, system administration of T-1/E-1 Trunking, BARS/NARS Routing, System Patching, Application integration of Meridian Mail, CallPilot, IDVR, OTM, Signaling Servers, as well as Nortel OPX Home Office installation and maintenance. • Regularly perform PBX system and VM upgrades. • Regularly perform Adds, Moves, Changes for all company clientele. • Assisted in training field tech (co-workers) with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. • Provided customer training of telecommunications features and functionality. • Provided professional customer relations for the company clientele.
