Daily Duties at Vodafone Americas:

University Relations: - End to End responsibility for delivery of the Global Graduate Hiring program for Vodafone Americas - Lead campus recruitment hiring strategy in conjunction with the talent lead at Vodafone Group - Create alignment between global program and local market reality - Partner with business leaders to on-board them on the program and get them to co-own the program delivery. - Launch and deliver the first batch of Graduate trainees by partnering with the best undergraduate / graduate colleges. Business As Usual Recruitment: - Streamline recruitment process for business as usual recruitment - Channelize all recruitment through taleo for convenient tracking and reporting - Deliver recruitment for the business through direct recruitment and minimal use of agencies - Reduction of time to hire to 30 days YTD - Focus on gender diversity for every position hired - Create month end recruitment dash boards and reports - Support creation of global vendor partner list to cater to critical / niche talent searches.
