Daily Duties at Avaya Inc.:

• Provide remote troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of existing Avaya/Nortel UC equipment. • Support the AOS Tier 2 NOC organization with major and critical system issues. • Liaise with NOC management, Sales Engineers, Service Delivery Mgrs, Advanced Diagnostics Engineers, and other internal teams to aid in resolving customer escalations and product issues. • Provide vendor management for all Managed Services clientele. • Periodically perform after hours maintenance windows where necessary to resolve system issues for all MS accounts. • Perform system root cause analysis and service failure investigation reports - (RCA/SFI). • Assist in cross-peer training in internal NOC organizations. • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish everyday tasks and goals.
