Daily Duties at Southern Company:

As the lead Southern Company representative for nightshift construction of the Flue Gas Desulphurization Jet Bubbling Reactor for a 970 MW coal-fired power generating facility, I applied my expertise to conduct comprehensive observations on work completed by ironworkers, pipefitters, millwrights, operators, and fiberglass reinforced plastic internals installers. Conducting constant oversight of field activities of hydrated lime process facility along with installation of superstructure, piping, and ductwork so that adequate direction and documentation could be provided for the dayshift management team was a primary requirement of this effort. Additionally, I coordinated corrective actions when Quality Control identified non-conforming items, and participated in safety and schedule meetings. I also performed a liaison role during commissioning effort between construction oversight, the prime contractor, and the Owner's representatives for nightshift.  Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with Owners in a Contractor role
