Strategically led over 50 management, office, and field maintenance/carpentry staff within a $2.0 billion division providing efficient, effective maintenance, janitorial, and administrative support for 72 stores and 3 distribution centers in a 5 state business area (TX, CO, OK, NM, LA). Responsibilities included managing over $34.0 million in annual maintenance, utility, and janitorial operating expense, implementing $3.5 million in annual capital upgrades for roofs, HVAC, vertical transportation, trucks/vans, lighting, parking lots, and distribution center sorter/conveyor systems, and improving customer service through building strong partnerships with store management and third-party housekeeping service to constantly upgrade store maintenance and janitorial standards.
