-Was the first employee hired to move company out of a garage and into a formal office. -managed all website sales and business growth -developed operations protocols within a quickly growing company in order streamline processes to satisfy the customer -Managed and trained all new staff as they were hired. By the time I left I was managing 6 employees and working under 3 unfocused owners/bosses in my mid 20's. -Managed all inventory in order to meet the demands of drastic sales growth. -Sourced new or existing products that would stimulate high margin sales growth.
