Daily Duties at Kap7 International:
-Complete Management of Day to Day Operations of small business (12 employees) -Manage & project cashflow, manage all ecommerce marketplaces, -Plan and Forecast all sales efforts and sell through seasonally, make sure sales and marketing efforts are in line by season or quarter, inventory management and projections of over 1,000 skus. -Vendor and Source relationships, searching prospecting follow through with new sources/product manufacturers, negotiate pricing, production schedules, and ordering -Identify new business development and market opportunities, manage sales team to sell through in these new markets, - Provide ownership with regular updates on company status (financial, sales, operations, expenses, office culture, etc) - Fulfillment, Management, Sell through of ownership new plans, products, services, etc.
