Daily Duties at Kpmg (Hong Kong):

As an audit supervisor of KPMG HK, I had to review the client's management system, to anticipate the client's needs, and to communicate the audit work with my audit managers and senior manager, and audit partners. Analysed and appraised internal control environment of different clients. Planned and administered all aspects of compliance, operational, and year-end financial audits. All tasks had to be completed on time.These experiences taught me not only to know how to understand client's management systems, but also how to be a good leader as well as how to finish assignments on time within budgets. Clients base included major banks, insurance, trading, legal firms, and manufacturing. Supervised up to eight auditors per engagement. Reported to audit partners and senior audit manager and audit managers.
