Daily Duties at Starlite Holdings Ltd.:
As a finance manager at Starlite Holdings Ltd, Hong Kong, I was responsible for smoothing daily operation including consolidation, general accounting, billing, collection, monthly and annual financial statements and budget preparation of the accounting department as well as cooperating with other departments of both Hong Kong and China. I also responsible for any regular and ad hoc management reports requested by Financial Controller. Monitored cash flows against receivables to meet all cash obligations and budgets. Prepared periodic cost analysis reports to control production costs and maximize production efficiency. Ensured appropriate accounting procedures were being followed. Complied with all government regulations and obligations. Liaised with external auditors and worked with lenders, investors, tax and customs bureau in various projects. I was able to use my communication skills as part of a team-securing bank financing as well as communicating with various government agencies, Total number of staff in accounting department was 14. The total number of management staff and employees is around 1500. Reported to Financial Controller in Hong Kong and General Manager in Shenzhen, China.
