Services Project Manager GE Oil & Gas - Drilling I coordinate project input requirements, engineering evaluations and customer reviews of project deliverable s consistent with project schedule and budget requirements. As part of those activities I am responsible for the procurement of supplemental engineering and licensing services as well as management of all project risk and planning for project contingencies. I am responsible for project cost and project margin, including project forecasting and project reporting requirements and project scope. As part of my daily task I am responsible for the preparation of project change requests to address changed or emergent scope and I am the lead in customer kick-off meetings, project status meetings, customer project reviews and customer projects audits. I am involved stages of the project in all knowledge areas from initiation to close out.
