•Responsible to plan, staff, organize, direct and control all aspects of field operations, internal technical support and service operations teams. •Maintained, developed and sourced national workforce of direct and non-direct resources to deliver the requirements of our national accounts. •Delivered performance to budget for service revenue and expenses. Accountable for over $20 million P&L, prepared and managed forecasts, budgets and other financial reports as required. •Managed field managers, internal service group and technical services and their departments’ performance. Managed service and installation projects for key metrics. •Managed service contracts, service pricing and collaborated with Sr. Management for pricing strategies1. •Collaborated with field resources, sales and customers to resolve resource and service needs and develop quality control processes to ensure customer’s expectations were met.
