Daily Duties at Commscope / Andrew Corp:
My responsibility was for optimal inventory accuracy at all phases of the manufacturing process. I tracked material usage for standard costs. Evaluated manufacturing processes for scrap that caused variances in material usage, reconciled backflushed material to actual usage in SAP. Traced , corrected and transacted half held locations in to finished goods inventory. Maintain cycle count records and inventory audits to maintain SOX 404 compliance. Make inventory adjustments and write-offs for raw materials and finished goods to provide accurate data for planning , operations, sales and shipping. I also conducted these activities at our Goa, India facility and trained their staff.
