As a senior staff accountant, I am responsible for planning and conducting audit engagements for organizations in health care industry, hospitality industry, both profit and not-for-profit, preparing financial statements for review engagements, audit, and notice to readers for owner-managed business in the property management, high tech and manufacturing industries. I have demonstrated my competence and technical knowledge in completing jobs in a timely and meticulous manner. My strength in communication and interpersonal skills with my multi-language skill in both Chinese and English help me establish and maintain good working relationship with clients, and interact well with personnel at all levels within an organization. I have been receiving praise from partners for being a highly motivated and flexible person who is willing to take up more responsibilities and do an excellent job.
