Work with international and local government organizations to improve ability to perform core operations and mission support. Analyze an organization's mission from top-down and bottom-up perspectives and identify core and enabling functions and capabilities. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering and identify key themes, trends, and opportunities from complex data sets. Capture, synthesize, and summarize key points from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products. Develop creative and innovative solutions to client issues and project approaches. Develop Microsoft PowerPoint briefings and Excel spreadsheets to support project execution and completion. Create competencies in the areas of basic consulting, operational excellence, and expertise.
