Daily Duties at Connected Logistics:
Led the analysis and tracking of emerging requirements for Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Capabilities (EC), scope refinement, and created specific deliverables to transform requirements into projects. Managed IT systems implementation at multiple sites across the Middle East with a budget of over $50M. Manage and analyze support to Integrated Project Team Lead on 7 pre-award contracts. Supervise contracted integrator, prepare and deliver status briefings to key stakeholders and executive leadership, and coordinate with engineering staff located in the Middle East.
