• Assisted with execution of clinical research protocols in accordance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines • Reviewed patients charts for undesired adverse reaction and side effects • Planned, developed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of clinical trials in accordance with parameters specified by the Principal Investigator • Assisted patients and provides with appointments in other departments or hospital by scheduling the appointments • Obtained written informed consent from subjects per SOP and prior to study related procedure • Created source document worksheets for proper source documentation, ensured source documents meet the ALCOA principle, and ensured the completeness of the Regulatory Binder.
