• Administered, monitored, and ensured medical treatment and medication is provided to the individuals following established medical procedures and medication policies • Reviewed residents’ charts to ensure medication was delivered and note adverse reactions. • Accounted for all individuals and program budgets, maintained an adequate supply of funds for the individuals and program • Supervised residential counselors and direct support staff • Evaluated staff performance according to company performance management policies and procedures • Facilitated in the orientation and training of staff • Communicated relevant information to families, outside agencies, and other professionals as necessary
