Daily Duties at Alon Usa, Aka Paramount Petroleum Corp Asphalt Division:
Reporting to the Senior VP of Asphalt, design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs for the Division. Develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall Division objectives, operations, and profitability. Participated in Executive Review meeting; developed action plans to meet corporate goals, developed and managed department and assigned capital project work budgets; Coordinated with Legal and Risk Management groups on open issues; Managed Contractor access Contracts; coordinated with Line Management on task, actions and compliance. Managed staff work priorities and emergencies. Met with Applicable regulating agencies both proactively and reactively.
