Consulted Nissan and Infiniti Dealerships around the country in process improvement with the overall goal to increase efficiency and raise sales in the service departments by using Lean and Six Sigma principles. – Trained technicians in Smart Work Techniques increasing efficiency, decreasing walking, and decreasing time spent on services. – Implemented customized Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles in all dealerships. – Increased efficiencies successfully in 98% of all dealerships assigned by applying industrial engineering techniques. – Managed my own logistics.
