Created and tested new software designs, modernizing and streamlining all terminals nationwide. – Assisted design in software creation and procedures for nationwide logistics with successful implementation. – Created and edited standard operating procedures for warehouse tasks and services which are now used nationwide. – Created weekly reports for DHL superiors/supervisors to track logistics of each terminal to show potential areas of improvement.
