Provide administrative and business support to the CEO and support other members of the executive management team. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels. Serves patients and staff by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages. Handled accounts payable and receivable prepared bank deposits, controlled inventory, and maintained equipment and technology.
