• Partnered with local biotech associations, universities and government agencies to assist the development of local biotech start-ups, e.g. catalyzed research connection with local and overseas institutions through seminars, conferences, and meetings. • Built the biotech cluster, which has about 55 companies in Hong Kong Science Park. • Collaborated with ‘Marketing & Sales’ team in biotech related projects or initiatives, e.g. the establishment of Biotech SME Centre (from concept to finish). • Organized the ‘Life Science Follow-up’ project, which translated into the Life Science Acceleration Program (a key valuable program to support the development of biotech companies) – worked with incubation program team, Innovation & Technology Commission and 6 local universities to promote and launch the program. • Championed in cross-functional project cycle time reduction project using “Six Sigma” approach.
