• Led and built a new team to provide core laboratory services to support bio-pharmaceutical SMEs with focus on bio-analytical, proteomics, and genomics services (platforms for LC-MS, protein purification, cell culture, DNA sequencing, UV-Vis/Fluorescence/ Luminescence spectroscopy, microscopy, and flow cytometry). • Commanded value-added services to 26 local life science companies and academia: Negotiated with laboratory product suppliers to establish stock room service with discounted pricing for start-ups. Rolled out the first On-demand LIMS service in Hong Kong. Collaborated with 6 local research universities for providing shared/extended bio-pharmaceutical laboratory services. Hosted technical seminars and training on emerging technologies.
