Daily Duties at Intertek Pharmaceutical Services:
• Primary contact with corporate customers, e.g. Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Amgen, Apellis, and Calithera, on bio-analytical projects. • Trained bench top chemists on sample preparation techniques (productivity increased from 1 to 2 sample batches per day). • Investigated unexpected laboratory results and proposed solutions on the findings (corrective and preventive actions). • Reduced laboratory redundancy using Six Sigma approach, e.g. eliminated unnecessary paperwork on data review and effectively use of electronic system. • Managed bio-analytical assays in accordance with internal and/or customer SOPs, bioanalytical procedures, and FDA regulatory standards and guidelines.
