Daily Duties at Minnesota Wire:
Responsible for keeping machinery up and running as well as process improvement for the cut and strip area. As such, I analyzed and developed strategies for producing custom wire. Being an intermediate step in the finished process, I had to collaborate with other engineers to resolve process challenges between areas. I was also charged with maintaining the quality of product coming out of the area. This included setting up and making sure proper paperwork was filed and reviewed for possible process improvement. Also, creating set-up procedures and run parameters to be used for the various coating material.
