Daily Duties at Engineered Fasteners (Itw Deltar), :
I was the customer contact for quality related issues. Once a problem was found I was responsible for the QAR from initiation to completion. Part of the process was to lead a cross-functional team of 4-8 employees to investigate the process and design and implement corrective actions are needed. Also, I was to make sure the corrective action was effective and to cultivate an improvement culture to minimize future complaints.
