Developed and trained sales team members, incorporating previously created employee career path program to identify employee strengths, skills and ambitions and effectively place employees. Outlined well-rounded training program incorporating employees from numerous departments throughout the organization. Defined and managed system integration with financial custodians and broker dealers. Manage product development, sales opportunities, and existing customer enhancement requests to prioritize product roadmaps and delivery. Developed sales marketing literature, including presentation slide decks and client testimonials. Educated customers and drove adoption of SunGard’s Wealth Management Solutions strategies for end users, including both industry and SunGard’s unique solution best practices.
