Daily Duties at Memphis Health Center:
Reported directly to the CEO as part of the senior management team. Plans, directs, and coordinates the people management activities to ensure adherence to the policies and practices of the Health Center. Responsibilities include determining and providing leadership in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The main focal point is specifically in the area of succession planning, talent management, training & development, and performance management.
