Daily Duties at University Of North Texas Chemistry Dep.:

Productively discovered a counter-balance relationship between boron doping and hydrogen dilution in terms of silicon lattice organization on boron doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H(B)) thin films. Played a vital role as a project lead on L3 project with focus to control chemical bonding structure of PECVD a- Si:H(B), to improve night vision imaging sensitivity. Implemented Multiple Internal Reflective Infrared Spectroscopy (MIR)-IR metrology to disclose critical chemical bonding information from a-Si:H(B) thin films. Proactively identified the non-activate boron doping modes that limit the boron doping efficiency (<10%) to a-Si:H(B) thin film, also studied the effect of PECVD substrate temperature on silicon lattice organization.

What they like about University Of North Texas Chemistry Dep.:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
