Daily Duties at Surewest Communications:
I led the development of sales strategies within a multi –market, multi- channel sales environment. Developed both Residential and Commercial sales goals and objectives including sales volume, product profitability, while accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams aligned with corporate objectives. I developed and implemented proven sales processes, and established appropriate metrics for sales management performance and sales personnel development.
