Daily Duties at Checkfree/Fiserv:

Worked with end-users and platform design engineers to establish business requirements;Provided project estimates for the EBILL Application;Created architectural and technical design documents using Microsoft Word; Created process flows using Microsoft Visio; Created and Presented Power Point Presentations of the Ebill Engine; Coordinated with the Quality Assurance Team to establish unit and system level testing criteria and scenarios; Designed, developed and implemented COBOL APIs and batch programs to support the EBILL, Banking and Enrollment, Bill Payment, Biller Solutions and Correspondence applications. All of the programs and were coded using DB2 and SQL. The APIs ran under CICS and batch; Performed peer reviews; Conducted technical design reviews; Worked with Data Base Administrators and Architects to design new DB2 Table and alter existing ones; Provided On-call Support for the Ebill and Banking and Enrollment Applications; activities included, resolving issues by establishing workaround solutions, debugging and creating defect fixes; Lead Developer for major features of the EBILL Application; Converted internal processes to utilize MQ to increase system throughput; Created and maintained CICS Screens and programs for internal applications; the screens were created and maintained using SDF2; Created standalone JCL streams as well as Procs for batch processing; Created a Card-Account Tokenization application using mainframe Web Services; Used Endevor to manage the source code for all of the applications and Established batch job schedules using CA-7
