Recommended system modifications ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, process efficiency and loss mitigation. Analyzed and made judicious business decisions in mitigating fraud and enhancing risk management controls while driving resolution. Implemented standardized reporting processes. Provided leadership to an employee roster of 500+ fraud professionals globally.
